ABOUT US Ad-Hoc Productions is an historical documentary production company based in Rochester New York. Through an association of freelance artists, animators, musicians and film professionals, Ad-Hoc Productions strives to produce the very best in authentic and compelling documentaries of Western New York's past. To this end Ad-Hoc Productions is proud to present, "Visions", a documentary film about these true stories of the supernatural. But "Visions" is much more than a film about ghosts, conspiracy and the paranormal. "Visions" is also an exploration of a fascinating period in American history during the early to mid 1800's that witnessed religious, political and social activism unmatched for it's fervor and passion. The events that bubbled out of this period included the anti-Masonic movement, the advent of the modern spiritualist movement, the women's rights movement, the anti-slavery movement as well the founding of seven new religions, sects and utopian communes. In "Religion in America", Winthrop S.
